Name: Natalie Sylvaine

Role: Company Director and Senior Consultant

Experience: 13 years

Regions covered: Northwest and Midlands

Natalie Sylvaine is a BCBA/UKBA (Board Certified Behaviour Analyst/U.K. Behaviour Analyst), with an undergrad in Psychology, Mental and Physical Health and a masters in Behaviour Analysis and Therapy. She has training and expertise to consult on early intervention, education, PBS, VB-ABA, sleep difficulties and mental health difficulties within the non-verbal community. Natalie set up Leapfrog Therapies in the summer of 2022, when she decided that she needed to develop a company that can provide best practice and the most compassionate services to children and young people by recruiting and training a team of like minded professionals.


Name: Pippa

Role: Lead Therapist and Supervisor

Experience: 13 years

Regions covered: West Yorkshire

Pippa is currently completing her supervised practice to become a BCBA (Board Certified Behaviour Analyst), has an undergrad in Psychology and a masters in ABA. She has training and expertise to Lead and Supervise early intervention, education and VB-ABA. Pippa says “I love my role as an ABA Supervisor as I love applied psychology and it's so rewarding to see children progress!”


Name: K.

Role: PBS Therapist and Lead

Experience: 9 years

Regions covered: West Yorkshire

K has an undergraduate degree and masters both in psychology and is soon to start her Diploma for ‘Leadership in Positive Behaviour Support’. She has worked within ABA therapy for 9 years as a Therapist and Lead Therapist and has recently begun specialising in PBS and therapeutic programs. K says “ I enjoy seeing people grow through this process, step into themselves and gain the confidence and ability to better navigate the world around them. A strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of this approach!”


Name: Zukhroof

Role: VB-ABA Trainee Therapist

Experience: 3 months

Regions covered: West Yorkshire

Zukhroof is currently studying her undergraduate degree in Psychology and has recently started her VB-ABA training. She has previously worked as a teaching assistant and is a Coach and Grading Official at Onna Ju-jitsu Club. She has now worked on one therapy program for about 3 months and is keen to learn more. Zukhroof says “I love working with kids as it’s such a rewarding job and I feel like I am actually making a difference! I enjoy working at Leapfrog Therapies too as it lets me work around my schedules.”


Name: Casey

Role: Trainee PBS Therapist

Experience: 1 month

Regions covered: West Yorkshire

Casey has a certificate of higher education in Primary Education and has worked as a teacher, as well as an SEN Teaching Assistant and Healthcare Assistant. After teaching a full class, Casey realised she preferred to work 1-1 with children and young people who have additional needs. Casey says “ I have always had a passion for working in child based environments and focusing on their education and development. I think its a very rewarding practice and pride myself in assisting with their growth and providing a safe platform for them to do so. I have recently taken an interest in PBS therapy due to the holistic approach and personal level in which it is conducted.”


Name: Charlotte

Role: Trainee VB-ABA Therapist and Therapeutic Play Practitioner

Experience: 1 month

Regions covered: West Yorkshire

Charlotte has a degree in fine art and a certificate of higher education in Play Therapy. Charlotte has 4 years experience as a Therapeutic Play Practitioner, supporting children with mental health, confidence and emotional resilience. She has just started her training and work as a VB-ABA Therapist and can offer either or both VB-ABA and Play Therapy to Leapfrog clients. Charlotte says “Working with children gives me great joy and fulfillment. Through play, I am able to witness their creativity unfold, see their imaginations come to life, and witness their incredible capacity for growth and resilience. It is a privilege to be a part of their journey and to have a positive impact on their lives.”
